Agronomy Division Update

Release date: 3/30/2020

3/30/20

At Premier Cooperative the safety and wellbeing of our staff, customers, and communities is our top priority. With COVID-19 (coronavirus) having reached a pandemic situation, we need your help in keeping you, your families, our employee team and their families, and all our members, safe and healthy. With this in mind, we have instituted the following at our agronomy locations. Please keep in mind this is an ever-changing situation and we will be adapting as warranted.

  • We have implemented measures to help keep our staff and members safe, including restricting access to some locations/areas, changing hours, creating barriers for social distancing, and instructional signage. Information will be posted on the door and phone numbers are listed below.
  • Because of these restrictions, please call in or email all orders before stopping to pick them up.
  • If picking up product, call ahead and we will try to have it ready for you when you arrive. When you arrive, call from your vehicle and we’ll bring it out to you. Look for designated loading areas.
  • Please limit your stops at our facilities. Consider picking up the majority of your spring needs or having them delivered, if time allows, before things get too busy to safely do so.
  • Please minimize face to face interaction with delivery drivers, custom applicators, and other staff and keep appropriate social distancing from all staff at your farm or Premier facilities.
  • We may see some interruptions from suppliers. Our staff will help with substitutions if needed.
  • Our team is committed to providing the greatest products and service we can. With inevitable staffing and other challenges ahead, it’s critical that we receive your fertilizer, application, or other orders as early as possible to help our team do their best to meet your needs.
  • For members supporting our other divisions, please be aware of similar measures at those locations.
Thank you all for your understanding and support as we work through these difficult times together. Stay safe!
