Feed Division Update

At Premier Cooperative the safety and wellbeing of our staff, customers, and communities is our top priority. With COVID-19 (coronavirus) having reached a pandemic situation, we need your help in keeping you, your families, our employee team and their families, and all our members, safe and healthy. With this in mind, we are instituting the following at our feed locations. Please keep in mind this is an ever-changing situation and we will be adapting as warranted.
  • We have implemented measures to help keep our staff and members safe, including restricting access to some locations/areas, changing hours, barriers for social distancing, and instructional signage.
  • Starting March 19, we will be restricting access to employees only at some locations. Please call before stopping. Contact information will be posted on the door and phone numbers are listed below.
  • Please limit your stops at our accessible facilities. If picking up product, call ahead and we will have it ready for you when you arrive. When you arrive, call from your vehicle and we’ll bring it out to you.
  • Please limit interaction with delivery drivers and keep appropriate social distancing from all staff.
  • We may see some interruptions from suppliers. Our staff will help with substitutions if needed.
  • Our team is committed to providing the greatest products and service we can. With inevitable staffing challenges ahead, it’s critical that we receive your feed orders at least 48 hours (2 working days) in advance to help our team meet your needs.
  • For members supporting our other divisions, please be aware of similar measures at those locations.
