How COVID-19 Impacts Propane Delivery
Apr 06, 2020
At Premier Cooperative the safety and wellbeing of our staff, customers, and communities is our top priority. With COVID-19 (coronavirus) having reached a pandemic situation, we need your help in keeping you, your family, our employee team and their families, and all our members, safe and healthy.
As a Will-Call Propane Customer, it is critical that you check your propane level often and call us when the tank reaches 30% so we can arrange a safe and timely delivery. With social distancing and other precautions we have implemented, running out of propane and requiring our personnel to enter your home to perform pressure checks and re-light propane appliances is something you must keep from happening. This can be prevented by simply putting a weekly reminder on your calendar to check your tank and call when you reach 30%.
Please keep in mind this is an ever-changing situation and we will need to adapt our policies as guidelines suggest or as needed to protect the health of our customers and the energy team. This could include the inability to enter homes to put a propane system back into service after running out of propane. If we cannot enter the home to perform the safety checks and restart the system, we will not be able to fill the tank per
our existing safety procedures. In order to communicate updates to you in a timely manner, please go to our website at premiercooperative.com and complete your member profile (including email and cell number).
Thank you for your help and for your continued patronage.
