Late last night the US Court of Appeals overturned the EPA’s approval for the use of certain dicamba products including Engenia, FeXapan and XtendiMax. The ruling effectively makes it illegal for farmers to continue to use the product. While we expect to get clarification and more information from our suppliers regarding the ruling, effective immediately Premier will be unable to sell these products or custom apply.
