In response to the recent federal appeals court ruling regarding the use of certain dicamba products, the WI DATCP announced late on Friday that the court’s decision to remove the registration for several herbicides will not immediately impact Wisconsin soybean producers. DATCP states for the order to take effect in Wisconsin, the EPA must take action to revoke the registration of these products. Premier will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as they become available. Please consult with your Premier Agronomist if you are planning to treat your soybeans this season with Engenia, FeXapan, or EtendiMax herbicides
