Grain Marketing Services

Trucking

We have over 600 vehicles in our fleet making us one of the largest distributors in the nation.

Trucking grain is one of our primary activities and takes place year-round including:

  • Hauling your grain out of your field to one of our elevator facilities.
  • Hauling your grain from your storage to one of our feed mills for processing.
  • Hauling your grain to a river terminal or ethanol plant.

Have your own trucks? We are always looking for trucks and drivers to help meet  demand. Leveraging our membership’s assets is another way we drive efficiency in our local economy.

Marketing

We have partnered with CHS Inc, a cooperative, to offer Pro Advantage services. We have a full menu of grain contracts including basis, minimum price, fixed price, and hedge to arrive contracts.

Drying & Storage

We have four regional grain terminals with over 6 million bushels of storage with over 40,000 bushels per hour receiving and capacity and nearly 20,000 bushels per hour of drying capacity. Grain bank is available for feed customers.

DATCP Agri-Producer Security Fund Notification

Premier Cooperative participates in Wisconsin’s Agricultural Producer Security Program. If we fail to pay you for grain when payment is due, you may file a claim under this program. The program may provide some compensation. However, our “estimated default exposure” exceeds program coverage, and we have not filed security to cover the difference, so compensation may cover only a portion of your loss. For more information, you may contact the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, 2811 Agriculture Drive, P.O. Box 8911, Madison, WI 53708-8911 (phone 608/224-4998).
