Keep More Money in Your Pocket

Diesel tank

Every fall I watch the same thing happen in farm shops across our territory. The combine runs hard, the calendar flips to October, and winter sneaks up like a barn cat on a mouse. The members who plan now spend less in January. Let’s get you on that list.

Diesel: Plan Ahead, Pay Later
Diesel prices keep bouncing around thanks to global politics and tight refinery capacity. A fuel contract for next year smooths out those swings and helps you budget operating costs with confidence.

Members with a loan through CFA or Secure qualify for 0%* deferred billing on diesel fuel until January 15. Fill now, pay later, and keep your cash working through year-end.

Lubricants: New Lower Pricing
Good news for your wallet. We’ve reduced pricing on select lubricants, just in time to stock up for winter. Cold starts punish engines, hydraulics, and grease points, so now is the right time to fill the shop with oils, hydraulic fluid, and grease rated for the cold. Lower price, same quality, and more money stays in your pocket. Call and ask which products made the list.

Buying in bulk? We offer tank leases, lease-to-own, and low-cost purchase options for lubricant and fuel setups, sized for one tractor or a full fleet.

Propane contracts: Last Call
Most of you already sent in your propane contract. Thank you. If yours is still under the seed catalog on the kitchen counter, call us this week. A contract locks in your price for the season. Nobody enjoys watching prices climb while the thermometer reads minus 15.

Propane Safety Starts at Your Tank

  • Call for a fill before your gauge drops below 30 percent. A run-out means a leak check before we relight your system.
  • Keep a clear, shoveled path from the driveway to the tank.
  • Mark your tank with a tall flag so drivers and plows find the tank under snow.
  • Smell gas? Leave the building right away, then call us or 911 from a safe distance.

As harvest approaches, now is an excellent time to walk fields and evaluate stalk quality and overall plant health. Watch for signs of stalk cannibalization, crown rot, stalk rots, and other conditions that can weaken stalk integrity and increase the risk of lodging.
