Welcoming our 2026 Agronomy Interns

2026 Interns

Welcome to Premier!

At Premier Cooperative, we’re committed to growing future leaders in agriculture and business, and that starts with hands-on learning. This summer, we’re proud to welcome a new class of agronomy interns who are gaining valuable experience across several key areas of our cooperative.

Our interns are out in the field alongside our experienced agronomy team, learning about crop health, soil science, and precision agriculture. They’re getting a firsthand look at what it takes to support our growers throughout the season and deliver real value at every stage.

This year’s group is gaining experience through two focused tracks. Those in the sales track are learning directly from our agronomists and location managers, building relationships and understanding customer needs. Interns on the operations track are training in hands-on roles, supporting application and delivery efforts during the busy growing season.

We’re excited to have these individuals on our team and look forward to helping them grow their skills, knowledge, and passion for agriculture. Join us in welcoming them to Premier Cooperative!

We began the month of May by distributing this year’s patronage and equity redemption checks at our open house events in Mt Horeb, LaFarge, and Westby. While the nice weather may have kept many of our producer members busy in the fields, we still managed to have a great turnout at each of the events. If you were not able to stop in to pick up your check this year, all remaining checks were mailed out by the end of May. If you were expecting a check and have not received it, please give our office a call.
